Three exhibition days in Málaga went by fast. The idea of participating came to my mind one week before the SIMED was on. My motto is If you can dream it, you can do it! I registered the next day which meant the stand needed to be set up on Wednesday. An important concern was 'how do I get a suitable photo with >300 pixels to print a backdrop in such a short period of time?' Answer: With good advice from joint forces! Maik put together the collage (with texts) within half an hour ….. and then I sent it to the professional printer on Monday afternoon. The backdrop was printed on Tuesday and on Wednesday it was already positioned in the right location when we came to decorate our stand.
A team of four international, representative, and commercial 'amigas' assisted me during the exhibition days, for which I am extremely grateful.
Was the fair successful? Yes, it was. I made many contacts, and I was able to make a few interesting appointments for viewings. One of the viewings already resulted in a sale, there might be more to come. For me it was a successful event!
